Maureen Dowd has a piece
Maureen Dowd has a piece about Mary Magdalene and the new biographical novel (or novelized biography) about her. (free reg req'd)
Actually, not a bad job, Dowd. But as usual, your contemporary cutesy references diminish much of the thrust your piece might otherwise have. Everything in the world is not seen through your upscale showbiz lens. Mary Magdalene and whatever heat she may have engendered in Jesus belong to the past and to the faith of those who have it.
