Well, here's something to make you feel a little sick: the Preppie K*ller of 1986, R*bert Ch*mbers, is getting out of prison on Friday, Valentine's Day. Guess he'll be haunting the Upper East Side again in no time. Has he paid his debt to society? Maybe. Has he learned his lesson? Probably not. Here he is at a 1995 parole hearing: "I guess I could also give you the party line and say I have learned my lesson, I will never do this again," Chambers said. "But that's not how I feel at this moment."
