Crazy restaurant prices in LA,
Crazy restaurant prices in LA, such as the Forty-Five Dollar Salad (that's the name of it right on the menu) and a separate, but equally expensive, menu for "pet companions". I'm assuming they mean dogs, and not Ashton Kutcher.
