More on Mel Gibson's Jesus

More on Mel Gibson's Jesus movie: for the longest time, it was going to be in Aramaic and Latin without subtitles, then -- as Amy noted the other day -- they put subtitles in. Now, a "Christian focus group" who screened the movie recently complains there are too many subtitles.

I think the film should be in Aramaic and the subtitles in Hebrew, so it would appeal to everybody. This would also assuage some concerns that the film is anti-Semitic. "See, the subtitles are in Hebrew...we want Jews to see it."
