New York Times publishes a

New York Times publishes a lengthy apology, again, for shoddy reporting. This time, an article from last week states that TVT Records had defaulted on a loan and lost control of the company to Prudential, which is not the case. A few other factual errors from the article are listed in an Editor's Note.
