The man who has been running the Twin Towers Fund is about to finish his job, by giving the $216 million they raised to victims' families. Then he's going to go work for Giuliani Partners. -amy
- More WTC news: Libeskind is squabbling with the WTC developer over the direction of the project. There is a story in the NY Post today called "Downtown Deceit" which also involves Libeskind and Silverstein. -adm
