Posh NYC dogs living the high life at "dog camps" in the Hamptons, while their owners slog back and forth from Manhattan every weeeknd. "Neither Sparkle nor Puccini had to worry about missing a meal. After 9/11, she stocked her cupboards with several weeks worth of dog food, filtered water, beef chews, and of course a small supply of Xanax, said to calm dogs in the same way as humans."
