Boston Globe on 9th Avenue

Today's Boston Globe features a travel section on NYC (is this further evidence of Boston's irrelevance? Are baseball fans narrowing their eyes at these laudatory features?), and a whole article on the hipness of Ninth Avenue. Residents of Hell's Kitchen tend to value the tourist unease about travelling west of 8th Avenue, but developers clearly have other ideas.
