The NY Times' Elvis Mitchell

The NY Times' Elvis Mitchell freaks out all over Eminem, whom he apparently loves almost as much as I do, in a ridiculously laudatory and ass-kissy review of 8 Mile. Quote: "Eminem has lost weight for his first starring role, and the cleft in his chin has deepened, becoming another shadowy place where he seems to be hiding things. He holds back, waiting, a little nervous. It's only when he gets angry that he comes to life and his voice takes on a shank's edge, dull and rusty." As Trashrock said, can a movie review chew its own scenery?
