Another lying journalist tragedy
A reporter for the UK's Sky News issued a report during the Iraq War that showed a British submarine firing a missile, and it turned out that it was a stock photo, not taken during the recent war. He got fired, and now he's killed himself. Apparently things weren't going so well with the job as Prince Charles' press secretary that he applied for (seriously.)
