Romney fights terrorism by quitting

Romney is out

After winning the primaries and caucuses of 6 states, Romney has decided to drop out of the race.

Not because he doesn't think he can win. But because if he stayed in the running, the terrorists would win.

During his speech, he said:

"If I fight on in my campaign, all the way to the convention, I would forestall the launch of a national campaign and make it more likely that Senator Clinton or Obama would win. And in this time of war, I simply cannot let my campaign, be a part of aiding a surrender to terror."

That'll show 'em! Try splitting the vote now, insurgents!

The only downsides I can see to this news are that Romney's telegenic press secretary, Kevin "Mitt but handsomer" Madden, won't be on TV anymore. Same for Tagg, everyone's favorite Romney boy. Sorry, Tagg-hags!

The Romney sons remind me of a band like the Beatles or the Backstreet Boys. It's just so tempting to classify them into the heartthrob, the hippie, the sensitive one, the older brother, and the dangerous one. Except since Mormons are like normal Americans with all the sharp edges sanded off, none of the Romneys are really hippies or dangerous.

Oh, and when I found out that Kevin Madden used to be Congressman John Boehner's press secretary and was voted the second most beautiful person on Capitol Hill I threw up a little in my mouth.

Holy Cow, that YouTube was Bill Hemmer interviewing Kevin Madden! The Shatner v Montalban of man on man cable news interviews!
